Texsa needed payment and inventory control across multiple suppliers, coordinated transport and deliveries, and visibility for each supplier into their own process, all in one place.
Payment and inventory control per supplier
Ainoa built a platform for Texsa with payment and inventory control per supplier: it downloads invoices, splits and assigns payments, and gets them ready to load to the bank. Each supplier has its own access to upload payments, register deliveries, and track its process.
Transport, deliveries and AI analysis
The platform also controls transport and completed deliveries, with AI-powered image analysis, voice agents connected to ElevenLabs for some of its processes, and the ability to configure discounts and inventory assignments across suppliers.
Queryable in real time
Texsa's system also has its own MCP server, to check payments and inventory in real time from tools like Claude or ChatGPT.
